The Tale of Bob

Something I wrote when I was...you guessed it...bored!

There once was this dude named Bob.
One day he ate some corn on the cob.
While he was reading his book
About Captain Hook
He was attacked by an angry mob.

Later that day he was tired,
So he went for a walk in the mire.
He fell in a hole--
In which lived a mole,
Who was cooking soup over a fire.

The mole gasped in horror at him,
Who's current condition was grim.
The big angry mob
Had done its job,
And left bruises all over Bob's skin.

But now here came the mole's wife,
And in her hand she held a knife.
She saw the visitor
And, quite the inquisitor,
Asked, "How is your life?"

Bob eyed the knife that was gleaming.
"Well, not that great it is seeming.
First there's the mob
And the corn on the cob
And, last night, I woke up screaming!"

"Oh, dear," the wife said,"That's bad!
You really must be so sad.
With the mob and
The corn on the cob
And the screaming," she said. "Egad!"

"I think that it's time I must go,
My wife will make quite a show,"
Said Bob, as he
Finished his tea
And headed up from the moles below.

"Bye," said the moles as Bob went
To his house that he'd put up for rent
"We'll see you sometime
And bring a dime
If you want to buy our old tent!"

Bob smiled as he heard their cries.
He really liked meeting those guys.
They were nice.
And had good advice,
Even if they attracted flies.

Hammurabi's Theme Song!

Well, once my Hammurabi animation begins, the first thing I want to create is a Hammurabi theme song.

As in, a theme song that everyone must know!!!

So start composing, people!!!


P.S. The contest for Hammurabi's Third Cousin is still happening, all you un-artistically inspired people. Hammurabi would really like to have a third cousin...but if he doesn't, you are the only ones to blame. For those of you who haven't heard, if you draw a picture of Hammurabi's third cousin and submit him in the contest, then you could win a number of Hammurabi prizes, and the character will be included in an upcoming Episode. (Most probably Episode 9, 10, or 1 in Series 2.)

The Hammurabi Party!

Some of you may have heard, but Hammurabi is planning to hold a party at the end of Series 1 of his comic!

This, of course, means that there will be a series 2.

Right now, though, Hammurabi is just starting to plan. He wants your ideas on his party!!

Episode 7 Rough Draft COMPLETE!

I finished episode 7 and hope to make the final draft tonight! For those of you who like to look at the old comics, I am bringing the binder of all of the comics tomorrow. So find me if you want to read something!

Hooray! EPISODE 7!!!

I'm only three episodes away from the end of the series, guys. So be prepared for a dramatic ending.

Also, at the end of the series, if I have enough readers... I might have some sort of celebration, perhaps. PERHAPS. No guarantees.
